Tuition Payment Policy

At Dream Danz Studios, we are committed to providing high-quality dance training in a supportive and organised environment. To ensure the smooth running of our programs, the following tuition payment policy applies to all enrolled students.

Term Fees

  • Tuition fees are charged per term.

  • All term fees must be paid in full by Week 4 of each term, unless a prior payment arrangement has been approved by management.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted payment methods include [insert methods: e.g. bank transfer, direct debit, cash, online payment].

  • Payment details will be provided upon enrolment and with each term invoice.

Late Payments

  • Accounts not paid by the end of Week 4 may incur a late fee.

  • Students with overdue accounts may be unable to participate in classes until payment is received.

  • Continued non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of enrolment.

Payment Plans

  • Payment plans may be available in special circumstances and must be arranged in writing before Week 4.

  • Failure to adhere to an agreed payment plan will be treated as a late payment.

Refunds & Missed Classes

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

  • Fees are not adjusted for student absences, public holidays, or missed classes.

  • Make-up classes may be offered at the discretion of Dream Danz Studios but are not guaranteed.

Dress Code Policy

At Dream Danz Studios, we believe students dance best when they feel comfortable, confident, and free to move. Our dress code is designed to be simple and flexible, while still promoting safety and a professional class environment.

Studio Attire

  • Students are encouraged to wear comfortable dancewear that allows for safe movement and full range of motion.

  • Dream Danz Studios offers a Dream Danz logo t-shirt, which students are welcome (but not required) to wear to class.

  • Leggings, shorts, or dance pants are suitable unless otherwise advised for specific classes or performances.

  • Appropriate dance shoes must be worn for each class style (as advised by the teacher).

Hair & Presentation

  • Hair must be neat and securely tied up for all classes to ensure safety and clear visibility during instruction.

  • Hair should be kept off the face; buns, ponytails, or braids are all acceptable.

  • Jewellery should be minimal and secure. Large or dangling jewellery should not be worn in class.

General Guidelines

  • Clothing should be clean, modest, and suitable for a family-friendly environment.

  • Students should avoid clothing that restricts movement or poses a safety risk.

  • Teachers may request adjustments to attire if needed for safety or learning purposes.

Special Classes & Performances

  • Certain classes, exams, or performances may require specific attire or costumes.

  • Families will be notified in advance if additional requirements apply.

Withdrawal Policy

At Dream Danz Studios, we understand that circumstances can change. To help us manage class sizes, staffing, and scheduling, the following withdrawal policy applies to all students.

Notice of Withdrawal

  • All withdrawals must be submitted in writing (email or written notice) to Dream Danz Studios.

  • Verbal notice to teachers or staff will not be accepted as official withdrawal.

Term Commitments & Fees

  • Enrolment at Dream Danz Studios is on a term-by-term basis.

  • Withdrawal during a term does not remove the obligation to pay tuition fees for that term.

  • Tuition fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

Effective Date

  • A withdrawal will take effect from the date written notice is received.

  • Students may continue to attend classes until the end of the paid term.

Outstanding Accounts

  • All outstanding fees must be paid in full before a withdrawal can be finalised.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • In exceptional circumstances (such as medical reasons), management may review withdrawal requests on a case-by-case basis.

  • Supporting documentation may be required.

By enrolling at Dream Danz Studios, families acknowledge and agree to this Withdrawal Policy.

Photo / Video Release

Dream Danz Studios regularly captures photos and videos of classes, rehearsals, performances, and special events to celebrate our dancers and promote our studio.

Use of Images & Recordings

Photos and videos may be used for, but are not limited to:

  • Studio website

  • Social media platforms

  • Promotional materials (flyers, posters, advertisements)

  • Studio displays and newsletters

All images and recordings are used respectfully and in a manner that reflects the positive values of Dream Danz Studios.

Consent

  • By enrolling at Dream Danz Studios, parents/guardians grant permission for their child to be photographed or filmed during studio activities unless otherwise advised.

  • Consent applies to both individual and group images.

Opting Out

  • Families who do not wish for their child to be photographed or filmed must notify Dream Danz Studios in writing.

  • Dream Danz Studios will make reasonable efforts to honour this request; however, we cannot guarantee exclusion from all background or group footage during performances or events.

Privacy & Identification

  • Student names will not be published alongside images without additional consent.

  • Images will not be sold or shared with third parties outside of Dream Danz Studios’ promotional use.

Storage & Security

  • All photos and videos are stored securely and used only by authorised Dream Danz Studios staff.
